Survivors include one son, Jackie Stanley of Cleveland; five daughters, Joemma Elkins of Midland PA, Barbara Sue Carper and Linda Joy Baker, both of Hamlin, and Mary Riley and Christena Adkins, both of Sias; three brothers, Carl Elkins of East Liverpool OH, and Bill Elkins and Wetzel Elkins, both of Griffithsville; and four sisters, Dorothy Gay Elkins and Syldred Cooper, both of Griffithsville, Jewel Pridemore of East Liverpool and Ruth Alice Jenkins of Sumerco. Funeral 11 a.m. Saturday at Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin; burial in Plumley Cemetery, Sias.
