MRS. CLARA A. GREEN

Mrs. Clara Agan Green, 69, of Centre, passed away Monday, Jan. 10, in Cherokee Baptist Medical Center following a sudden illness. She was a native of Rome, was employed in a local school lunchroom and a member of the Baptist Faith.

Services were Wednesday, Jan, 12, at 2 p.m., in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Starrett Green, Kevin Green and Tommy Green officiating. Joint services were held at this time for Mrs. Green and her husband, James Thomas Green, who passed away Saturday, Jan. 8, in Cherrokee Baptist Medical Center. Burial was in Hebron Cemetery with Jordan Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Green is survived by a daughter, Dianna (Jay) Holland of Crossville; a son, Jimmy (Pat) Green of Centre; her mother, Thelma Agan of Rome; four brothers, Bud Agan of Rome, Billy Agan of Leesburg, Wesley Agan of Summerville, Ga. and Gene Agan of Centre, eight grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was the daughter of the late Cecil Agan and Thelma Smith Agan.
