Markis O. Dahms, age 15 months, died unexpectedly, February 11, 2012, at Burgess Health Center in Onawa, Iowa.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at Rush Family Care Service Chapel in Onawa, Iowa with Dr. Emery Killian and Pastor John Sears officiating. Visitation will be 12:00 P.M. until service time Wednesday at the chapel in Onawa. Family requests those attending services to please dress in John Deere clothing. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
Markis Owen Daniel Lewis Dahms was born November 1, 2010 in Onawa, Iowa, the son of Grant Owen Dahms and Ashley Danielle Cameron.
Markis loved spending time with his sister and cousins. He enjoyed harvesting in the combine with his father, and also sharing his love of John Deere. Markis loved playing with footballs, and teasing his sister, Abigail.
Survivors include his parents, Grant Owen Dahms and Ashley Danielle Cameron both of Onawa, IA; sister, Abigail Jean Kaye Dahms of Onawa; grandparents, Lisa Kaye (Sherrill) & Dustin Fey of Sloan, IA, Kent &
