Agatha Roberta Burk, age 94, of Columbus, died Wednesday, September 9, 1998 at Mill Run Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband John A. Burk in 1984. Survived by her son, John P. "Jack" Burk of Indianapolis, Ind.; daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth "Bette" and Morton Fox of Phoenix, Ariz. There will be no calling hours. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 1998 at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1088 Thomas Lane. Fr. Thomas Shonebarger officiating. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in her memory.
