Attorney, died today of pneumonia, after an illness of only one week, age 29. He leaves a widow and one child. Mrs. Pennington was Miss Mary Mercer, a grand-neice of John S. Hopkins. Mr. Pennington was a son of Josiah Pennington, a nephew of Wm C Pennington and a grandson of Archibald Sterling.
