She was born Dec. 7, 1907, in Jefferson County to Albert W. and M. Brown Reinier. A homemaker, she lived in the Hedrick area most of her life. She married Orville Dalbey on Jan. 7, 1930, in Wapello County. He died on Sept. 21, 1984.
She is survived by a nephew, Gary Reinier of Ollie.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Fremont Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Brooks Cemetery near Hedrick.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral chapel.
