Billy was born and raised in Savannah, GA. He was in the Air Force and he was a self employed carpenter until he had an accident where he lost 3 of his fingers. He was a avid fisherman and story teller. He had a wealth of knowledge about his family and loved ones and loved to tell you about them.
Billy left behind one biological daughter and 2 step children that he raised, and his wife Dorothy. He was proceeded in death by his parents and his older brother Eugene Talmadge Davis.
Billy was very loved and will be missed greatly.
