Judy was born on August 31, 1948 in Sandwich, IL. She was the daughter of Charles Diem and Viola (Scoughton) Diem.
Judy was united in marriage to Jerry Rule. He survives. Other survivors include a daughter Teresa (Terri Jean) and her husband Bill Eastwood;
a son, Jerry Rule; 4 grandchildren, Hailie, Heaven, Taylor and T.J Rule; 4 sisters, Patricia Larabee,
Peggy McMaster, Janet Diem and Darla Diem; a brother, Dale Diem; several nieces and nephews and her 5 grand dogs, Katie, Minnie Mouse, Jonie, Angel and her favorite, Elvis.
In addition to her parents Judy was preceded in death by a nephew, Joshua had a niece, Shawn.
Judy was a homemaker. She was a former member of the order of the Eastern Star. Judy enjoyed quilting and being on the computer. Judy cherished the time she spent with her children, grandchildren and dogs.
A prayer service will be held Wednesday evening December 11, 2013 at 7 PM at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Pastor Anthony Underwood will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 5 PM – 7 PM Wednesday at the Bailey Funeral Home.
Memorials are suggested to the family to assist with expenses and may be left in care of the funeral home.
