As a young man, Frank worked as a mechanic in a garage. He met Henrietta Joan Duinkerken in Worthington, Minnesota and they married on May 29th, 1934. They had 2 daughters and 2 sons. At the time of the 1940 census, Frank was occupied as a grocer. Eventually the couple owned Biegler's Garage, and then later Biegler's Pontiac. The Biegler's sold their business and purchased a farm outside of Worthington, Minnesota, which they farmed for a short time.
In 1956, the family took a vacation to California, and then decided to move there. They purchased a home in Anaheim, California.
Eventually, they ended up in Hemet, California, where Frank died in 1991 at the age of 83.
