Masters FaG # 39553850, Edna placed her four children; Jewell, Jessie, Paul and Porter Masters in the American Legion Children's home located in Cross (now Ponca City), Kay County, OK, USA. Porter graduated from high school and attended one year of college before enlisting in the Army Air Corps listed as William P. Masters Mar 19, 1942 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA. Porter was a pilot in WWII and died in a crash in the Atlantic Ocean.
