Carolyn Leona Theresa Maria Thomas, 49, died Tuesday in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend, IN. She was a resident of South Bend all of her life. Survivors include brothers, Joseph, Richard, David, Randolph (Amy), Frank (Merinell) and Donald. She was preceded in death by her mother Harriet and father Frank. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in St. Adalbert Catholic Church. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today in St. Joseph Funeral Home, Mayflower Road. A Rosary will be prayed at 4 p.m. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend, IN.
