James Horace "Jim" Hogan of Campbellsville, KY, was the son of the late Joe Coakley Hogan and Mozelle McDonald Hogan. He was born Friday, April 1, 1949, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at Sunday, July 27, 2014 in Campbellsville. Taylor County, KY, at the age of 65 years, 3 months, and 26 days.

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mannsville United Methodist Church.

He was a graduate of Campbellsville University and a retired truck driver.

He is survived by the following:

One son and one daughter: Jeremy Hogan of Texas and Angela Williams of Lebanon, KY

Four grandchildren: Ryan Adam Hogan of Columbia, KY; and Jade Williams, Maleah Williams and Colton Williams of Lebanon, KY

One brother: Arthur Douglas Hogan of Campbellsville, KY

Two brothers-in-law: George Henry Dearen of Campbellsville, KY; and Charles David Phillips of Texas

Two aunts: Margaret McDonald and Helen Hogg of Campbellsville, KY

Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by a son, James Adam Hogan October 21, 2010 and three sisters: Anna Mae Phillips, Joyce Dearen and Tilda Lamb.
