Manuel Romero Jr., 47, of Casa Grande died on July 30, 2014, at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center.
Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. Wednesday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church in Eloy, with rosary recited at 9. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 by the Rev. Juan Carlos Aguirre. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.
Mr. Romero was born on Oct. 30, 1966, in Florence. He loved to watch his sons playing baseball and football and especially wrestling. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his kids. A big Steelers fan, he enjoyed cooking and making salsa.
Survivors include his wife, Christina; six sons, Manuel III, Fernando, Angel, Joseph, Daniel and Andrew Romero, all of Casa Grande; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ralph and Carlota Romero and Virginia Ramirez.
