MRS. EMMA FANNING IS DEAD

Had Been Living in Dallas Nearly Thirty Years
Mrs. Emma B. Fanning, wife of Henry N. Fanning, died at her home, 140 Hibernia Street, this city, at 1:20 o'clock yesterday morning.
Mrs. Fanning had lived in Dallas during the last twenty-five or thirty years, having come to Texas with her parents from Brownsville, Tenn. and she was consequently well known in the city and the county.
Thirty years ago, she was married to Mr. Fanning, who for several years was Constable in Precinct No. 1.
Mrs. Fanning was a member of Dallas Rebekah Lodge No. 133 for many years, and was active in the work of the order up to the time of her death. She will be buried this morning at 10:30 o'clock under the auspices of that order. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery. The pallbearers will be DeWitt McMurray, Calvin Smithson, Frank Benson, L.T. Spencer, James Leonard Simpson and James Orr.
