Mrs. Howard Decker, 35, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening at home.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Assembly of God Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Victor Hillestad will officiate and burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.

Mrs. Decker, nee Yvonne Ruth Klien, was born Jan. 24, 1936, at Whittmore, Iowa, daughter of Harry and Ruth Leininger Klien. She attended schools at Algona and Pope Jay, Iowa, and attended high school at Hanlin Town, Iowa. She was married to Howard Decker Sept. 14, 1952, at Algona. The couple farmed in Algona before coming to Manitowoc County in 1965 where they were also engaged in farming. Mrs. Decker was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church.

A brother preceded her in death.

Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 4 p.m. Friday and at the church Saturday from noon until the time of services.
