Deana Lynn Mesaros, age 17 of 54341 Whitesell Drive, died at 5:40pm Friday in Memorial Hospital of injuries suffered Thursday night in a two-car crash west of South Bend. She was born Oct. 16, 1957, in South Bend.

Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Stella Mesaros of South Bend, her father, Steve Mesaros of South Bend; seven brothers, Charles Evans of Osceola, Eugene, James, Paul and Steve Evans , all of Garden Grove, Calif., Robert Evans, stationed with the U.S. Navy in Hawaii, and David Freehling, at home. Three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Rupert of South Bend; Mrs. Mary Ann Ellis of LaPorte, and Miss Norma Mesaros of Mishawaka.

Services will be at 2pm Monday at the Hickey Funeral Home, 2702 Lincoln Way West, with Rev. Robert DeBolt, pastor of Lydick Missionary Church officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may call from 2pm - 5pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm Sunday in the funeral home.
