Arthur J. Chouinard, 80, died June 25, 2014, at his residence following a lengthy illness.He was born in Manchester on March 25, 1934, the son of Arthur A. and Frances (Stoklosa) Chouinard and had been a lifelong resident of this city.He served his country in the U.S. Air Force.Prior to his retirement he was an electrical draftsman for Ingersoll Rand.Members of his family include his wife of 55 years Irene (Hamel) Chouinard of Manchester, two sons, James A. Chouinard of Manchester, Wilfred (Bill) Chouinard and his wife Janine of Weare, two grandsons, Derek Chouinard and his wife Caitlin, Bryan Chouinard and his wife Stephanie both of Weare, one sister, Stella Richer and her husband Louis of Florida, brother-in-law, Edward Chaput of Concord, and several nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by one sister, Fran Chaput.
