Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight in Hems Bros. Mortuary chapel in Calexico for Maria L. Ontiveros, 76, of Calexico, who died Sunday in her home.

Memorial services will be at 7:30 tonight in Hems Bros. chapel with Dr. Kenneth Tittle of El Centro officiating.

Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday in Mountain View Cemetery in Calexico.

Mrs. Ontiveros was born on May 31, 1924, in Los Angeles. She lived in the Imperial Valley for more than 38 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Amador D. Ontiveros, in 1985.

Survivors include her children, Wilfredo Benitez of Las Vegas, Livoria Moniz, Jose B. Benitez, Lucia Garcia and Lorenia L. Ontiveros, all of Calexico, Alma Benitez of Modesto, Leonor Benitez of Watsonville, Gloria Ontiveros of Santa Maria, Maria C. Torres of El Cajon and Gabriel Ontiveros of El Centro; 45 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
