If Nancy married Gabriel Peyton in 1807 in Hardin County, Kentucky.... Amanda would be born in 1808? Other sources noted 1827.
1850 Census shows she was at the age of 23 living in the household of Gabo and Nancy Payton [and four others 'Morgan'... her sister Lydia age 22]
1880 Census unmarried at the age of 55 Hodgensville, Larue, Kentucky
"His daughter Amanda Payton stated that Gabriel Payton died at age 104 years, 9 months and was one of Kentucky's earliest pioneers that emigrated to this country when the Indians inhabited the state. (Grave marker was erected by his daughter, Amanda Payton)"

NOTE: Amanda's name is not on her sister Lydia and brother in law Stephen's tombstone. She is buried at Red Hill Cemetery as noted below.
