GLADYS M. LA ROCQUE
Mrs. Gladys LaRocque, 66, of Maribel, died Tuesday at Bellin Memorial Hospital, Green Bay.
Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Bruce Hanstedt officiated and burial was in Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.
Mrs. LaRocque, nee Gladys Mitcheltree, was born Oct. 16, 1908, at Cato, daughter of the late Orville and Estelle Soper Mitcheltree. She was married to Peter LaRocque June 30, 1928, at Clarks Mills. He preceded her in death April 4, 1963.
Survivors include three sons, James, of Georgia and Calvin and Neil of Manitowoc; three daughters, Mrs. Paul (Sandra) Jaeger, of Maribel, Mrs. Paul (Marylin) Leshke, of Manitowoc and Mrs. Frank (Jenny) Pilger, of Wisconsin Rapids; three brothers, Vernon of Florida, Russell, of Indiana and Clayton, of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Chester (Alice) Clayton and Mrs. Harvey (Florence) Castens, of Manitowoc; 22 grandchildren, a great grandson and nephews and nieces. Three brothers preceded her in death.
