Funeral services for Otto Schlundt, 79, of 2009-41st St., Two Rivers, retired longtime employe of the Mirro Aluminum Co. and earlier a Two Rivers police officer, who died Monday morning at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Klein & Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, the Rev. Richard H. Trump officiating. Burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.

Mr. Schlundt was born Oct. 19, 1884, at Two Rivers, son of the late Carl and Marie Dryer Schlundt. In his earlier years he was with the maintenance division of the Chicago & North Western Railway Co. after which he served for five years on the Two Rivers police force. For many years later until his retirement 12 years ago he was an employe of Mirro Aluminum Co.

Surviving are his wife, the former Clara Hynek, whom he married June 18, 1919, at Waukegan, Ill.; three daughters, Mrs. Fred Meisner, of Two Rivers and Mrs. Richard Tauschek and Mrs. Robert Burtard, of Manitowoc. Three brothers and a
sister preceded him in death, including the late Dr. Herman Schlundt, former professor of the Chemistry Dept. of the University of Missouri.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
