Peter P. Siewert, 76, of 1410 S. 12th St., Manitowoc, died late Sunday evening, July 25, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Theodore Hendricks and burial will be in St. Casimir Cemetery, Northeim.

Mr. Siewert was born June 28, 1906, in the Town of Centerville, son of the late Wlady and Helen Bonk Siewert. He moved to Kohler where he was employed until 1921. He then moved to the home farm in the Town of Cleveland which he owned and operated until his retirement in 1961. He married Helen Mrotek, June 19, 1929. She preceded him in death Oct. 12, 1951. He then married Violet V. Knipp, Oct. 30, 1954, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Mr. Siewert was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 706, and St. Boniface parish.

Survivors include his wife, Violet; a son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Janice Siewert of Manitowoc; a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Ray Stuckmann of Newton; a brother, Joseph of Milwaukee; three sisters, Mrs. Arno (Sophie) Zurheide and Mrs. Adeline Stocks of Sheboygan, and Mrs. Gordon (Helen) Pippert of Cleveland; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by seven brothers.

Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday where a prayer service will be conducted at 8 p.m. by Father Hendricks.

Helen Mrotek Is Bride of Peter Siewert Today
At the St. Casimir's Catholic church at Nordheim at 9:30 o'clock this morning, Miss Helen Florence Mrotek, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Mrotek, of the town of Centerville became the bride of Peter P. Siewert, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wlady Siewert, also of Centerville. The ceremony was solemnized in the presence of a large number of friends and relatives, with the Rev. Weiss officiating.

Miss Clara Mrotek, a sister of the bride was the maid of honor, and the Misses Adeline and Helen Siewert, and Celia and Agnes Mrotek were in attendance as bridesmaids. Little Margaret Siewert and Marie Mrotek were the flower girls. Raymond Siewert, a brother of the groom was the best man.

A reception was held after the ceremony at the home of the bride's parents, where a wedding dinner and supper was served to about two hundred guests. Mr. and Mrs. Siewert will leave on a honeymoon trip the early part of next week, to the Black Hills, South Dakota. They will be home after July 7 at Sheboygan, the groom being employed as a molder at the Kohler plant.

A wedding dance is being held this evening at Tourist Inn, the Lyric orchestra furnishing the music for the occasion.

Out of town guests present at the affair are Walter Siewert, South Dakota, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Siewert, Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Siewert of Tustin, and a number from Kewaunee, Green Bay, and this city.
