Merlyn Keith Borah, 59, died at his Klamath Falls residence of natural causes on Thursday Oct. 14, 1999.

Mr. Borah was born Dec. 18, 1939, near Ashland. His mother was Bell Pryor.

He worked at the former Modoc Lumber Company for many years and served in the Navy. He made fishing lures and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Over the years, Mr. Borah had also lived in Montana and Wyoming.

His wife, Mary, preceded him in death.

Survivors include sons and daughter-in-law, David and Terrie Borah, and Marvin Dykstra, all of Klamath Falls, daughters and son-in-law, Kathy Gonzales, Debbie Borah and Rose Anne and Tony Mendoza, all of Klamath Falls; grandchildren, Mike King, Trina King, Amanda King, Breanne King, Cyrstal Borah, Alex Azamar, Jimmy Borah, Allen Borah, Cory Hutchinson, Jose Hutchinson, Austin Paine, all of Klamath Falls; grandchildren, Tammy King, Tracy King, James King and Takoda King, all of Klamath Falls.
