CANTON, IL - Albert Junior Brush 73, of Canton passed away on Saturday December 19, 2009 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL.
He was born in Canton to Albert and Mable Andrews Brush on August 2, 1936.
He is survived by his son Michael (Laura) Brush of Georgia, step-brothers: Ralph (Nancy) Malmgren of Smithfield, IL, John (Bobbie) Malmgren of Peoria, Stephen (Dora) Malmgren of Banner, step-sisters: Janice Malmgren of Dallas, TX, Kathleen (Joe) Sunbers of St. Francisville, LA and his 1 grandchild.
His parents, a son, a daughter and 2 brothers preceded him in death.
Albert was a self employed truck driver, retiring in April of 2001 and was a 40 year member of Masonic Sam Polo Lodge in Greenville, North Caroline.
Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held at a later date. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. Pekin/Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements.
