Barnett, a 54 years, 8 months, and 7-days-old never married single white male, Physician, died about 3:30 p.m. on 19 December 1963 at Dukes Hospital, due to "Ruptured Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm." He was the son of Bert E. Barnett, and Lucy Yount. Miss Helen Barnett, his sister, was the informant. Burial was at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Johnson County on 21 December 1963, George H. Eikenberry of Peru, in charge.Was a promiment physician in Peru for over 27 yrs. Was a flight surgeon in the US Army Medical Corps during WW2 from 1941-1945 serving in African and European theaters.
