As per Census records, Rachel A(nn) Huff was born to Eli and Susannah (Hartley) Huff around 1850. According to Ohio, County Marriages, 1789-1997, pg 92, Rachel was licensed to marry Henry Padgham, "he being 27" years of age, and "Rachel being 18" years of age. However, her tombstone states she was 36 years old at the time of her death in 1886. I will research and note the necessary corrections.
