Ora Frances Williams, 75, of Sand Springs died on October 5, 2003 at her home. She was born on July 27, 1928 in Rogers, Arkansas to William Riley and Winnie Ethel (Haley) Cane. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Thomas Jefferson Williams, died on March 30, 1990. Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Louise Arnett and Peggy Sue Hageman; her sisters, Janie Opal Moore, Katie King, and Viola Pauline Myers; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Mobley-Dodson Funeral Service with Rev. James Crow officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Memorial Park.
