Fred J. Alameda, beloved husband of Bernadine Alameda of San Jose, died Aug 10, 1979. Loving father of Marvin Alameda, of San Jose. Loving brother of Alice Baeta of Oakland, CA. Fred served 5 yrs in the 20th Airborne Division and was staff sergeant. A native of Oakland, CA, age 60 yrs. Friends are invited to attend funeral services on Monday, August 13, 1979 at 9:30 a.m. at Dowdie & Manriquez Mortuary, 1066 S 2nd St., S. J. Thence to St. John Vianney Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial commencing at 10 o'clock. Rosary services will be recited on Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. at above chapel. Interment Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
