Madeline Brumbaugh, a former resident of Corvallis, died February 16 in a Santa Barbara, California, hospital of age-related causes. She was 91.
She was born August 16, 1902 in Greencastle, Indiana. She graduated from Corvallis High School and received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Oregon State University, She was a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority.
Miss Brumbaugh taught economics at Evanston Township High School in Evanston, llinois, Corvallis High School and Reedley College in California. She had lived in Santa Barbara since her retirement in 1968.
She is survived by a nephew and two nieces.
Burial will be in Crystal Lake Cemetery.
