Raquel Rosemarie Ann Middleton (AKA Raquie) was born in Pasco, WA at Lourdes hospital on Oct 5th, 1987. She was the 3rd of 4 children born to Darin and Annette Middleton. Raquie was best known for her unique personality, and ability to make everyone laugh. Her risque and often times lewd sense of humor pushed and even jumped boundaries entirely.

Raquie had a passion for helping others, which was evident through her career as a caregiver, as well as her mission trips and community outreach projects with In Step Church.

Raquie loved to have fun and wasn't afraid of getting dirty. She was very adventurous, a bit of a practical joker, and she never walked away from a dare. Raquie loved riding four wheelers, jet skis, and goofing around with her older sister, Tarah Teagle and her husband Frank. She loved their 6 children, Frankie, Joey, Allen, Lilyanna, Elizabeth, and Emmalee beyond measure. Raquie also loved playing frisbee golf, fishing, and just hanging out with her older brother Daryl Middleton and his wife Ashlee.

She loved to laugh with, tickle, and playfully tease their 2 daughters, Destiny and Trinity. Raquie had one younger sister, Tiffany Middleton, whom she thoroughly enjoyed joking around with, boating, and attempting to knee board - although, despite their best efforts, they usually succeeded in belly-boarding. She adored Tiffany's two children, Zayden and Audrey. Raquel was extremely close with her aunt, Judy Phillips. Their bond was unshakable and they talked about everything.

They also enjoyed watching movies, cooking, and had even worked together at Shari's Restaurant.

Raquel touched countless lives, including her numerous friends and those whose lives were brightened by her contagious smile. Raquel was divinely loved. Her unique character and contribution to our family will be dearly missed until we see her again.

Services will be held Saturday, September 6th at 3:00pm at The Living Room Church located at 1409 S Garfield St in Kennewick.

Raquel was preceded in death by her grandmother Evelyn Phillips, both her grandfathers, and all her uncles to include her close dear friend Bryan J Banks. Raquel was the first in her immediate family to pass.

Raquel was hit while standing on the sidewalk by a teen driver who took a turn too fast, jumped the curb and hit her- throwing her into the air and landing her in the street. I saw her there and it was chilling.
