The relatives, friends and acquaintances of the family, also the officers and members of the French Society, Butchers' Benevolent Association, St. Maurice Mutual Benevolent Association, Fourteenth of July Society and Polar Star Lodge No. 1, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, which will take place this Monday, Feb. 26, at 3:30 o'clock p.m., from his late residence, No. 1428 North Claiborne Avenue, between Esplanade and Kerlerec Streets.
Interment in St. Louis Cemetery No. 3, Esplanade Avenue

Guillaume and his wife, Marie Abadie, founded Tujagues Restaurant in 1856. This restaurant still thrives in the French Quarter and still bears the original name.
