Crystal Maria Hook, 59, of Gravette, Arkansas died August 27, 2014 in Ozark Community Hospital, Gravette, Arkansas. Born March 28, 1955 in Pontiac, Michigan she was the daughter of James Joseph and Olive Patricia (Thompson) Ross.
Crystal and Joe Hook were married November 27, 1988 in Gravette, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and worked as a social director. Crystal was a member of the Church on the Hill, Gravette, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her husband Joe of the home; five sons Glen Earl Weeks, II of Rogers, Arkansas, Paul James Weeks of Gravette, Arkansas, Brian Raymond Weeks of Gravette, Arkansas, Joshua Allen King of Bella Vista, Arkansas and Zachary David King of Russellville, Arkansas; three step children Christopher William Hook of Tennessee, Alyssa Ann Buffer of Eureka Springs, Arkansas and Nicholas David Hook of Westville, Oklahoma; her mother Olive Patricia Ross of Murray, Kentucky; nine grandchildren; five step grandchildren; three sisters Karen Denise Kosuth of Detroit, Michigan, Sandra Kay Dempsey of Murray, Kentucky and Renee Lee Thiede of Union city, Tennessee and brother James William Ross of Tacoma, Washington.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Church on the Hill, Gravette, Arkansas with Pastor Jonas Edgmond officiating.
Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Hiwasse, Arkansas. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 29, 2014 at Church on the Hill, Gravette, Arkansas.
