Philip Osborn, 51, died this morning at his home, 278 Mercer Street, Phillipsburg. He was a member of Wesley Methodist Church and was employed by the Sanco Dye Works.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Anna V. Frey Osborn, a son and a daughter, Richard Osborn, at home and Mrs. Frances Sheridan, Phillipsburg, three brothers and four sisters, Stanley and James Osborn, Mrs. Oscar Clickner, Mrs. Herbert Dalrymple, Mrs. WIlliam Cole all of Phillipsburg, Ernest Osborn and Mrs. Richard Kearns, of New York City and his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Edward Osborn of Phillipsburg.
