Blanche Maude (Sours) Lokowich, widow of George H. Lokowich, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 1964 at Crestview Nursing Home in Hagerstown, Maryland after a brief illness.

Mrs. Lokowich was a long-time resident of Winona, Minnesota. Blanche and George married on January 10, 1918 in Winona. They resided at 710 W. 5th Street in Winona for many years. There were no children born of the marriage. After the loss of her husband, in June of 1961, Blanche moved to Hagerstown and lived with her sister, Essie Childress, who was also a widow. She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Winona.

She is survived by her sister, several nieces and a nephew.

Her remains were accompanied back to Winona by her sister and a great niece via train.

Graveside funeral services were held on Monday, August 31, at Woodlawn Cemetery with the Rev. A. L. Mennicke officiating. Fawcett Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
