Elizabeth was born in Eminence, Kentucky on September 4, 1920 to William F. and Nellie Henderson.
She was a lifelong member of Portland Avenue Church of Christ, where she taught fourth grade Sunday School for 30 years. She retired from the former General Plywood Corporation, where she was the billing and accounting clerk.
She was noted by her family, friends and neighbors for her steadfast faith and her consistent kindness and pleasant outlook even through the major changes in her later life.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, James W. Bibb and their beloved daughter, Judy Callahan, both in 2010 as well as her brother, James T. Henderson and sisters, Delores Henderson and Hazel Coleman.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Alice and Phil Keeling; grandsons, Chris Keeling (Angie) and Michael Callahan (Lisa), great-granddaughters, Erin and Emily Callahan; step-great-grandchildren, Carlie, Abbie and Jacob Thomas; and fifteen nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be 11a.m. Wednesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons, 2114 West Market Street, with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.
