Christopher Michael Hunley, 35, of Helena died on Friday, July 6, 2012. Christopher was the son of Michael and Barbara Hunley of Helena. Christopher is survived by brother, Eric Matthew Hunley, his step-daughter, Katie Whitfield, his parents, aunts, Carol Bennett-Tate, Theresa Epperson (Wayne), Nancy Counts (Tim), and Patricia Martin (Eddie), uncles Jerry Hunley, Steve Bennett, and Robert Bennett (Carla). Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Charter Funeral Home in Calera, Alabama with Rev. John Mobley officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. He will be buried following the funeral service at Helena City Cemetery. He loved his family and friends and his music. Rock and Roll Heaven just got one heck of a drummer.
