Last Rites Held for Archie Gresham
Archie Gresham, age 80, of Quitman, died Tuesday afternoon, February 6, in the Pine Hill Nursing Home, after a long illness.
Funeral services were held at 3:00 PM Thursday, February 8, in the Sweetwater Baptist Church. Rev. Wayne Toms, Rev. Bobby Jones, Rev. Huey Thompson and Rev. Bill Fuller conducted the services.
Burial was in the Union Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mary Lee Gresham of Quitman; two sons, J. D. Gresham of Big Springs, TX., and Paul Gresham of Quitman; one daughter, Mrs. Charlotte Geter of Jonesboro; six grandchildren also survive.
