She was the daughter of Homer Middleton and Corinna Lynn (Hudson) Teague and married Melville Bobo - 24 Dec 1946 - Rossville, Walker Co., Georgia. Her obituary follows:

Joan Teague Bobo, age 69 of Florida, formerly of Decherd, died January 11, 2000 at Titusville Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Teague. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melville Bobo, and a brother, Bobby Teague. Survivors include a brother, James H. (Edna) Von Boeckman, Ardmore, Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Peggy Teague, Estill Springs; five nieces, Marilyn Mackey, Cleveland, Luanne Stephenson and Sharon Dixon, Estill Springs, Susan Berlin, Lewisburg, and Barbara Lovelace, Ardmore, Oklahoma; and two nephews, Phil Teague, Arvada, Colorado, and Larry Von Boeckman, Los Angeles, California. Graveside services will be conducted January 15, 2000 at 2 p.m. from Franklin Memorial Gardens.
