MELBOURNE — Charles Smith “Chuck” Mynatt, 44, of Melbourne died Saturday, May 2, 2009, at his home.
Born Nov. 10, 1964, in Wenatchee, Wash., he was the son of Charles Bryce Mynatt and Margie Mynatt. He was a 1983 graduate of Melbourne High School. He was employed by Moser Well Drilling and had worked at the Calico Rock Correctional Center. He was united in marriage to Leilani Blackmore on Nov. 10, 1999, at his home in Melbourne.
Survivors include his wife of nine years; his mother Margie Mynatt of Melbourne; a sister, LeaAnna Perlas and husband Al of Richmond, Va.; a niece, Kennedy Perlas; two stepchildren, Dennis Blackmore and Tamela Blackmore, both of Batesville; and two step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his grandparents.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Howard Memorial Chapel in Melbourne.
Pallbearers will be Shane Moser, Tim Shrable, Kelby Gulley, Zeb Norris, Wayne Crosby, Bobby Sheffield, Phil Garner, David Washington, Nick Washington and Ronnie Gillihan.
