ALBION - Patricia Arlene Meyer, 63, of Albion, died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2014.

Arlene was born on Oct. 19, 1950 in Driggs, Idaho, the daughter of Robert N. and Iona Dustin Bailey. She graduated from Declo High School and then attended beauty school.

She married Dean Fries in 1971, and together they had two children, Kim and Justin. They later divorced. She married Randy Meyer in 1987. She had worked at the Western Auto Store and Kmart prior to being a cook at the Albion Senior Citizen Center. She enjoyed quilting and cooking.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim (Joseph) Barrow, of Kimberly; one sister, Lynda (Ben) Anderson, of Albion; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; her son, Justin Fries; and a granddaughter, Tegan Michelle Barrow.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, at the Albion LDS Church, where friends and family may call from 10 until 10:45 a.m. Burial will follow at the Albion City Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Rasmussen Funeral Home of Burley.
