Carrie Marie Benning Adams, 86 of Caddo Mills passed away on September 7, 2014, peacefully at her home.
She was born on December 23, 1927 in Prattsville, Arkansas to Joe H. and Sarah Young Benning. She was a faithful member of Vansickle Baptist Church.
Marie was married to the love of her life for 55 years, Cecil Adams, who preceded her in death in 2010. Her parents, 5 brothers, and 1 sister also preceded her in death.
She is survived by 1 son, Ronnie Heird and his wife Sherry of Royal, Ark; 2 grandchildren, Rhonda Heird and husband Zack Graham, Ron Heird of Royal, Ark; 3 great grandchildren, Kaylee Heird, Jacob Heird, Gunner Graham; 1 great-great grandson, Rowen Heird, all of Royal, Ark ; 1 sister, Sue Crouse and husband John of Sheridan , Ark; plus several close relatives and many friends who will all miss her. Special thanks to her special helpers and friends, Moises Eschavarria and Becky Grimes.
Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Monday, September 8, 2014 at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Vansickle Baptist Church with Bro. Roger Ratliff officiating. Interment will be in Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to Vansickle Baptist Church.
