WHITE HALL-Frances W. "Granny" Walker, 76, of Pine Bluff, died March 22, 1998, at her daughter's home at White Hall.

She was born on March 20,1922, at Charleston, Illinois, a daughter of the late Webb Campbell and Mae Hopkins Campbell.

She was raised and educated at Charleston. She was a homemaker, a Presbyterian and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She participated in the Spacemakers Bowling Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, H.L. Walker of Terre Haute, Indiana, whom she married on November 11, 1939; and who died on November 16, 1982.

Survivors include two sons, Terry Walker of Doyline, Louisiana, and Harvey Walker of Winona, Texas; two daughters, Kay Cook of White Hall and Carol Hall of Pine Bluff; a sister, Alma Louthan of Mattoon, Illinois; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Cypress Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Dan Loomis officiating. Arrangements are by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors.
