Miss Ernestine Hale, 55, of Pearl St., an employee of the Port Leyden Knitting Mills for 29 years, died July 4 in Rome City Hospital.
She was born in Port Leyden daughter of Thomas and Edith Yauger Hale and attended Port Leyden High School. Miss Hale also had been employed at Rome City Hospital for 10 years.
She leaves three sisters, Miss Margaret Hale, Mrs. Gary (Lillian ) Bohling and Mrs. Everett (Florence) Murray and three brothers, Leonard, Albert and Howard, all of Port
Leyden.
The funeral will be tomorrow from her home. Burial will be in Rathbunville Cemetery.
