Age 60 of Bolingbrook, passed away March 6, 2006 at her home. Beloved wife of Bernard R. Ph. Loving mother of Michael (Georgine Bosak) and Katie (Matthew) Smith. Dear grandmother of Ryan, Margaret and Eileen. Cherished daughter of Edith and the late Raymond O'Brien. Fond sister of Kathleen (Keith) Reaves. Dear sister-in-law of Frank (Jeanette) Bonkalski. Dear aunt of Brian Reaves.
Judith taught 7th and 8th grades at St. Dominic Catholic School in Bolingbrook from 1975-1998 and was the Principal of St. Dominic from 1999-2004. Throughout her teaching career she was an active member and past President of IL. Jr. Academy of Science.
Visitation Thursday, March 9, 2006, 2-8 PM at St. Dominic Church, 440 E. Briarcliff Rd., Bolingbrook, with Funeral Mass Friday, March 10, 2006 at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Dominic Capital Fund would be appreciated. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Hillside, IL. Arrangements entrusted to BOLINGBROOK-MCCAULEY
