Julie "Moomer" Ratliff, of Frederick, entered into eternal slumber March 9.
She was the daughter of the late August and Helen Kuntz Sekowski.
Mrs. Ratliff enjoyed and spent much of her time with family and friends, at St. Timothy's Church, of which she was a member, and with the FCRC lunch bunch.
She was the wife of the late Clifford Ratliff and is survived by three sons; David A. Ratliff, of Boise, ID, Paul J. Ratliff, of Brinklow, MD and Mark S. Ratliff, of Fairfield; and five grandchildren.
