Mrs. Orbra Irene Reed, {Billie}, 62, of Lansing-Reed Road, Jackson Route 2, died Tuesday November 14, 1989, 3:30 A.M. at Scioto Memorial Hospital. Billie was the daughter of the late Arvena Boggs Griffith Wiseman and was a native of Pike County, she spent most of her life in Jackson and Scioto Counties. Aunt Billie was a very talented song writer and had several songs recorded by Nashville artists. Surviving are her husband, John Robert Reed, whom she married on November 30, 1945; one son Johnny Ray Reed, of Sciotoville Route 2; four sisters, Mrs. Verna Smith of Portsmouth, Mrs Auda Romine of Cleveland, Mrs. Dorothy Ward of Waverly and Mrs. Michael Funez of California; and two grandchildren.
