Joyce was a graduate of Charles Carroll High School. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hanover. Joyce worked at the Windsor Shoe Co. of Littlestown and retired from Doubleday after 40 years of employment.
Surviving are a daughter, Rhonda H. Kehr, son-in-law, William T. Kehr and granddaughter, Chelsea M. Kehr, all of Hanover; two brothers: Millard L. Sheely & wife, Dawn, of Reisterstown , MD and Nevin L. Sheely & wife, Gladys, of Littlestown.
Per Joyce’s request, there will be no public viewing and services and interment will be private in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Littlestown with The Rev. Robert Burkhart officiating. Memorial contributions in Joyce’s name may be made to one’s favorite charity.
