Mrs. Blanchard Succumbs at 84
South Trenton – Mrs. Ida Griffin Blanchard, 84, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Daniel A. Baker, South Trenton, after a long illness.
She was born June 11, 1874 in Shandaken, the daughter of Lester and Liza Dunham Griffin. IN 1890 she was married to Andrew Jackson Blanchard. The ceremony took place at Port Leyden.
Mrs. Blanchard was a member of the South Trenton Union Church.
She leaves four daughters, Mrs. Baker, and Mrs. Viola Boyd, Utica: Mrs. John Mosher, Phoenix, N.Y., Mrs. William Satterly, Clearwater, Fla., one son, Warren Blanchard, Los Angles, Calif; several nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
