Nancy Cabell Bullock Crumpton, age 98, died Monday, Sept. 15, 2014 at her home.

She was born in Person County to the late William Cobb Bullock and Nannie Moore Bullock. She was married to the late Rob Crumpton for 40 years.

Also Preceding her in death were three brothers, John Bullock, W.C. Bullock, and Carr Moore Bullock.

Mrs. Crumpton was a member of the Roxboro Presbyterian Church.

She was vice president of Bullock Lumber Company and a member of the Women's Business Association.

Mrs. Crumpton was a volunteer to the American Red Cross, helping with the Missing Soldiers (Acts of Sally).

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Graveside rites will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, at Burchwood Cemetery by the Rev. Evan Walker.

Pallbearers will be Lamberth Evans, Alex Burnette, C.W. Boyette, Martin Crumpton, Thomas Wilson and Riley Oakley.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Brooks & White Funeral Home.
