Evelyn D. Sizemore, 76, of Arcadia, SC, died Friday, March 10, 2006 Magnolia Manor.

Born December 13, 1929, in Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late Norman Dean Sizemore and Dovie (Pope) Sizemore.

Retired from Southern Bell, she was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and Arcadia United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sisters, Virginia Sizemore Owens of Spartanburg and Patsy Sizemore Gibson of Arcadia; a nephew, Keith Quinn and his wife, Shelia, of Spartanburg and a niece, Lori Ann Owens and her husband Kenny "Cotton" Owens; one great niece and great-nephew.

Graveside services were held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 12, 2006 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by Rev. David Ervin; Rev. James B. Carter and Mr. Terry Sizemore. The family received friends following the service.

Memorials could be made to Hospice Care of South Carolina, 111 W. O. Ezell Blvd., Suite 3, Spartanburg, SC 29301; or to Arcadia United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 143, Arcadia, SC 29320.
